Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

All orders take 1-3 working days to be processed in our dispatch warehouse (excluding weekends and public holidays). This is our standard processing time for orders placed on weekdays. However, special offers may take additional time to process.

It is the responsibility of all customers to enter the correct information for the billing and shipping address(es). Requests for address or order changes will be considered, but are not guaranteed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

LEGAL RIGHT OF REVOCATION

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must contact the customer service via email: support@cvbeauty.de or directly in our live chat by means of a clear declaration of your decision to revoke this contract.

To meet the  revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Attention:

Please note that we only take back and reimburse unused, complete and originally packaged products and sets.

The invoice amount will be reimbursed to you - after checking the returned items - via the payment method you used. After receiving your products, the refund will be made within 30 working days.

DAMAGED ORDERS

For damaged items, contact us at: support@cvbeauty.de with your order number and a hash sign in front of it in the subject. (e.g. Subject: # 1023).

Please also include photos of the damaged item to ensure fast processing.

DENIED PACKAGES

A non-delivery fee of EUR 35 will be charged for items that are not accepted. The non-delivery fee will be deducted from the payment method used at check-out and will be deducted from any refund or credit.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

CÉLINE VICTOR is not responsible for lost or damaged returns or packages. It is the customer's responsibility to follow all instructions. If the package is returned to you with postage due, it is the responsibility of the customer. CÉLINE VICTOR does not reimburse any additional costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All shipping options selected according to international standards and priority are shipped via UPS or DHL and delivered by the local post office at the destination. Celine Victor is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions, mistreatment by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for any shipment, including express shipping options. If you are concerned that your package is lost or damaged, please contact Cvbeauty.de within 15 days of the last scanned date.

Addresses that cannot be delivered include: wrong/insufficient address, missing PO box numbers, rejected or returned to the sender. Cvbeauty.de is not liable for stolen, lost or damaged packages. and all return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or returned items to the sender, Cvbeauty.de has the right to charge an additional fee for returns in relation to lost packages or packages that are returned to the fulfillment facility.

International orders may incur import taxes, duties, and fees which are collected by your country's customs department on arrival. The recipient of the order is the registered importer and is responsible for all import fees as well as for compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Celine Victor does not collect any duties or taxes and cannot provide any information about duties and taxes. Customs regulations vary from country to country. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.

DELIVERY TRACKING

If you have created an account with us, you can track your order directly in your account by logging in and visiting the order status page.

Once your payment is approved, you will receive an email when your order has been processed (this can take up to 48 hours). After your order has been shipped, you will also receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to track the journey of your Céline Victor eyelashes.

Important Note: If there is any problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 24-72 hours for the tracking information to be displayed.

OFFERS & PROMOTIONS

Celine Victor occasionally offers special promotions. To take advantage of these promotions, please enter the promotional code at check-out. If the code is valid, it will automatically be applied to your shopping cart. Only one promotional code may be used per online order which may not be valid for certain products, gifts or sets. Additionally, only one gift is offered per order.

Please read the details of each promotional code carefully for the offer period and restrictions. Promo codes are only valid at Cvbeauty.de and not at other retailers or websites.

If you receive damaged promotional items, please contact support@cvbeauty.de. If the promotional item is damaged, it will be replaced by Cvbeauty.de. All shipments for the replacement products are subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will not update the shipping service and can only update the shipping service for an additional payment from the customer.

All orders with offers or promo codes will be completed and products can no longer be edited or changed. We don't have a money-back guarantee for these orders.
